Phosphorescent material stores energy from nearby light and releases it gradually after the setting becomes dark. It works best as a recognizable patch, outline, icon, or background. It does not blink on command and will not maintain one constant brightness throughout an event.

Keep Exact Brand Color Outside the Phosphorescent Zone

Reserve Broad Shapes Instead of Fine Detail

A larger moon, ghost, ribbon, window, safety symbol, mascot eye, or skyline can remain recognizable as brightness fades. Thin outlines, tiny dates, legal marks, and small type are weaker candidates. Put essential words and compliance details in stable printed artwork.
